Who pays for returning a damaged or defective item?

When was Cellophanebags Direct established?
Since 1983 Cellophanebags Direct have been manufacturing packaging products from our factory.
In the summer of 2001 Cellophanebags Direct launched it's main website.
Why do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is a necessary cost. We use DPD as our main carrier and are able to offer a competitive price on shipping packaging products (which are heavy and bulky goods). Please click on the following link to view our shipping and freight policy: delivery policy 2021.
Shipping rates are determined by the weight and size of your items. Most of the time your order will receive the exact shipping amount at check out time. You can see your delivery charges in the cart and it will automatically update as you add items. Read our shipping and freight policy to see how the weight of the order determines shipping cost.

This ensures we do not directly come in to contact with your credit card details. We have no knowledge of these and the details are not stored on our servers at all. PayPal's Payment Processing Provider is PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). This is the toughest industry standard for online payments and means your payments to us can be made safe and secure.

Is ordering from your website easy?
